Capsules are simple.
Our Liposomal Vitamin C capsules deliver all of the benefits of Vitamin C with 8x absorption with no extra frills!
Vitamin C, also known as ascorbic acid, is an essential nutrient that your body cannot produce by itself. Usually, Vitamin C is poorly absorbed, which is why we’ve developed our Liposomal Vitamin C to fix that. Most people know that Vitamin C is used for supporting the immune system, but it's also used for much more!

Suggested Daily Routine
Pop out a dose of two capsules of our Liposomal Vitamin C each day and pair it with another step in your daily routine.

What we’re made of
Ascorbic Acid
Liposomal Vitamin C is only as good as the Ascorbic Acid within. Haroutine sources the highest quality ascorbic acid from our supplier and production facility in Miami Lakes, FL, where it is encapsulated using Liposome ab:MAX technology.
Liposome ab:MAX
Traditional Vitamin C (Ascorbic Acid) is water-soluble and easily destroyed, causing it to be poorly absorbed by your body. Our Vitamin C uses a proprietary technology known as Liposome ab:MAX to solve these problems. With this technology, tests have found that Liposome ab:MAX increases nutrient absorption by 900%.
By encapsulating Vitamin C within a liposome, it can easily cross cell membranes while protecting the nutrient and boosting absorption. Liposome ab:MAX is made using a natural process that involves no alcohols or solvents and uses non-GMO sunflower lecithin.
Veggie Capsule
Made from natural plant derived cellulose, our HPMC vegetable capsules are supplied by ACG, one of the world’s largest manufacturers of supplement and pharmaceutical capsules, and Clean Label Project® certified. This certification confirms that our capsules are clean, safe, and suitable for vegans.
Other Ingredients
Vegetable magnesium stearate, dicalcium phosphate, and silicon dioxide are the only other ingredients our products contain.
Vegetable magnesium stearate and dicalcium phosphate act as a food-grade machine lubricant to help fill capsules efficiently when a dry powdered ingredient is used.
Silicon dioxide is added as an anti-caking agent to prevent our ingredient powders from clumping together during the production process.

SubscribeFrequently Asked Questions
Is liposomal vitamin C better than regular vitamin C?
In short, yes! Liposomal vitamin C is clinically proven to cross your cell membranes more efficiently than regular vitamin C (ascorbic acid) because it is encapsulated within a liposome and is fat soluble. Discover more about the science here.
What are the side effects of liposomal vitamin C?
Like traditional vitamin C, some people may experience the following side effects:
• Stomach upset
• Heartburn
• Headaches
• Flushing
However, these symptoms may generally be experienced when taking higher doses than recommended, but we’ve pre-portioned the doses in our blister packs, you don’t have to worry about that!
Can I take liposomal vitamin C every day?
Vitamin C is an essential nutrient that your body needs every day. In fact, your body cannot produce it naturally or store it. You actually should take Vitamin C in some form every day. For most people, Vitamin C is considered safe for daily use but always consult with your doctor if you have questions.
Does liposomal vitamin C need to be refrigerated?
No, it is safe at room temperature. We recommend displaying our packaging on your counter, so it's easy to remember to incorporate it into your daily routine.
Is liposomal vitamin C good for my skin?
Yes! Vitamin C is important in creating collagen. As we age, collagen levels decrease. Vitamin C may help build new collagen and may reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles.
